The Process
After initial meetings with your leadership team, we bring the magic right to your office in a one or two day workshop with your sales team.
We’ll use observation, call screenings, meetings, surveys and visual aids to go over your entire marketing and sales processes, including your SLAs (service level agreements). Then, we’ll identify or refine your ideal client profiles and use those as a basis for defining the individual steps that convert prospects into customers.
When we’re finished, you’ll receive a fully documented sales process for your entire sales team to follow. Continue streamlining with our sales enablement services, or help setting up and modifying your Customer Relationship Manager.
